Yes. SouthShore School of Real Estate is FREC approved and a fully-accredited Florida real estate school. Our school license number is #ZH1002874. Although we can not "give" you a license, our courses are also approved, and satisfy the state's education requirement for the license in which you are applying for.
A. Absolutely. Our instructors are hand-picked to offer you the best teaching experience. We know how demanding the course can be, that’s why we only hire the best instructors.
A. End of course exam attempts are regulated by the Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC). If a student fails the end of course exam, they must wait 30 days before being allowed to re-take. After those 30 days, if a student fails on the second attempt, the student must repeat and re-enroll in the course before being eligible to retest.
To take the state exam, you must register via PearsonVue and pay the fee of 37.50. There is no limit or waiting period to retake the exam if you fail the first attempt.
Yes. Our courses can be accessed from any device with an internet connection.
